Grapefruit Gin and Tonic

Tools Needed

• Cocktail Shaker 
• Large Ice Cube Molds  
• Two Old Fashioned Glasses 
• Double Cocktail Jigger 
• Cocktail Strainer

Ingredients (Serves 2)

• 3 oz. Grapefruit Juice
• 6 oz. Tonic Water 
• 3 oz. London Dry Gin
• ½ oz. Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice 
• 2 Dashes Grapefruit or Lemon Cocktail Bitters
• 3-5 Cilantro Sprigs (Optional)

Preparation Instructions

1.) Fill your cocktail shaker about two-thirds full with ice.

2.) Add the gin, grapefruit juice, lime juice, bitters, and cilantro (optional), then shake for 10-15 seconds.

3.) Strain into your old fashioned glasses, each with 1-2 large ice cubes.

4.) Top with the tonic water, then give them a quick stir.

5.) Garnish each glass with a cilantro sprig or cucumber wheel, and enjoy!
