Crash Coogan has been a tough guy since first grade, picking on his dweeby upbeat neighbor, Penn Ward. Now in seventh grade, Penn becomes an even better target: wearing funky used clothes and joining the cheerleading squad. But as Crash becomes a star football player, he still can't get what Penn has; his parents' attention and the admiration of the most gorgeous girl in school. When tragedy strikes Crash's beloved grandfather, he no longer sees the fun in playing brutal pranks and begins to realize that there are more important things in
