Amadeus with the Irish Classical Theatre Company & the BPO

The revered play by Peter Shaffer is brought to the Kleinhans stage with the BPO performing the famous Mozart musical selections that made Amadeus an international sensation on stage and screen. The Irish Classical Theatre Company brings to life the tale of jealousy, murder and music.

An international sensation of stage and screen, Peter Shaffer's Amadeus pits the accomplished composer, Antonio Salieri, against the enfant terrible of the music world, the brilliant Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. This production of symphonic proportions plays out on the stage of Kleinhans Music while the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra performs Mozart’s glorious compositions, including parts of his Requiem, under the direction of acclaimed Conductor JoAnn Falletta. ICTC Artistic Director Vincent O'Neill stars in the role of Salieri. ICTC Producing Director Fortunato Pezzimenti directs.
